Standing Bicep Curl
A standing bicep curl is an exercise that involves standing up straight and curling dumbbells up to your shoulders while keeping your core engaged and shoulders still

Instructions
Step 1
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand
Step 2
Turn your palms so they face forward or inward, suck in tummy
Step 3
Keep your elbows close to your sides and bend them to curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders.
Step 4
Rotate your forearms so your palms face your shoulders
Step 5
Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with your elbows extended
Step 6
Repeat with the other arm
