Arm Raises
Strengthen the arms and increase flexibility with arm raises
Beginners should start without any weight and simply raise both arms together
To increase difficulty introduce a 1 to 3 Kg dumbel
Combine front and lateral arm raises.
Please breathe deeply and don't rush.

Instructions
Step 1
Start with your arms by your side
Step 2
Perform from front or lateral arm raise by raising arms to shoulder height little pause at the shoulder and return to start position
Step 3
Repeat for 20 to 30 reps 3 sets
NOTE
Raise both arms together if not using weights
NOTE
Progress by adding a light dumbell and raising one arm at a time in either front or lateral direction
GOAL
Repeat for 20 to 30 reps 3 sets
Stretch GOAL
10 to 15 reps per set
