Knee raises.
Best to perform in bare feet
Use feet to grip the floor
All power comes from the ground up.
Please breathe deeply and don't rush the bending forward.

Instructions
Step 1
Standing tummy sucked in raise right knee as high as possible
Step 2
Return leg to the floor
Step 3
Change lead leg daily.
Step 4
Repeat on same leg
NOTE
,Remember the bare foot tip grab the floor with Standing leg
GOAL
At least 5 reps for 3 sets
Stretch GOAL
10 to 15 reps per set
