Boot camp or conditioning uses weights or body weight exercises.There is no dance involved, just hard core workouts.
If you’re just starting out you can lift light weights or no weights at all and just do what you are able too. By adding weight to your exercise you burn more fat and tone. Start small, don’t worry how much weight the person beside you is lifting. Its okay. Just work on you, and what you can do. It’s often better to lift light weights and concentrate on form and posture. I often see people lifting weights that are too heavy. This just makes them do the exercise incorrectly, which defeats the whole purpose.
